Black Moon Energy will become a major Helium-3 fuel supplier, establishing the technical, legal, and economic framework for sustainable lunar resource extraction.
This foundation will provide Earth with reliable, long-term sourcing of Helium-3 for fusion fuel and emerging market opportunities.
LIFT
LIFT is a program to unlock limitless, sustainable energy for all of humanity. It harnesses the fuel that has powered the Sun for 4.6 billion years, now aimed at lifting all of society into a cleaner, more equitable future.

The Fusion 1 mission is the first step.
From the Sun to the Moon to Earth
The Sun is constantly emitting Helium-3 ions in the solar winds, and the Moon—lacking a protective atmosphere and magnetic field—captures these ions on its surface. This is a continuous process which enables a practical fusion powered future. We call this Lunar Ionic Fusion Transfer or LIFT. It is a gift to humanity as the program transfers Helium-3 to the Earth for clean, abundant and affordable fusion energy.
The cycle of Lunar Ionic Fusion Transfer is similar to the water cycle or the jet stream on Earth. A continuous natural cycle we have been given—we didn’t create it, but we will tap into it.
